As our HR Manager, you are a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for all human resource activities throughout the operation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Program. You'll be able to jump right in and make this position your own given your strong coaching and development skills and desire for continuous improvement. You love a fast-paced environment, which will pair seamlessly with our Talent Acquisition team as you'll assist in hiring the best and brightest throughout our industry. This role is primarily accountable to our Plant Manager while also providing support to the operations, Safety Designate, and other departments of the business

A day in the life of an HR Manager includes:

Management of the Occupational Health and Safety ProgramDevelopment and coaching support for staff and employeesAssist with the recruitment of hourly and salary employeesAdministration of the Collective Agreement and Local AgreementsManagement and coordination of the Ability Management ProgramAdministration of hourly and salary benefit plansFacilitation and conflict resolution support for the division

For this role, you'll come equipped with:

A diploma or degree in Human Resources Three to five years of Human Resources related experience.Strong ability to aptly prioritize tasks and priorities.Experience within a unionized environment and administered Collective Agreements

The salary range for this position is: $90,300.00-$129,000.00
