Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, Audit Workforce Management, you will lead Audit Workforce Management as a trusted advisor to our partners through proper workforce planning & management, ensuring the right people are in the right spot at the right time providing our colleagues with legendary service. WFM supports and manages the operational and Workforce Management functions in various geographical locations; ensuring scheduling, forecasting, enterprise capacity planning and workforce management process optimization.

You would also be responsible to provide thought leadership and facilitate key strategic audit discussions with executives as you build new relationships with key enterprise partners and gain a deeper understanding into our processes. Job Accountabilities:

The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Deliver operational leadership to Scheduling Workforce Management activities across Audit.
  • Partner with business stake holders and operations to plan and schedule employees to support workload demand. Provide planning leadership to optimize scheduling and deliver best in class customer experience.
  • Contribute to the best in class Workforce Management team and drive industry leading scheduling practices.
  • Increase workforce flexibility with a colleague lens to meet the future demands of our colleagues evolving work life balance needs.
  • Develop proposals and recommendations for Senior Leaders and Executives that identify and profile high impact, forward looking strategies, opportunities and action plans to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate talent in driving new industry best scheduling concepts & leveraging WFM practices to develop leading edge strategies to create operational efficiencies.
  • Proactively provide workforce management and scheduling analysis and/or structure and make recommendations to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
  • Oversee Enterprise capacity planning to optimize customer / client and colleague experience, ensuring the consistent application of WFM, HR and legal related principles/requirements.
  • Ensure FTE plan is achieved and proactively make recommendations to senior leadership for improvement in both efficiency in operations and opportunities optimize contact center volume.
  • Remove barriers impeding work force ability to execute strategies by ensuring the appropriate resources, planning and support capability related to workforce management practices are in place.
  • Ability to use and understand staffing composite data in order to deliver the most effective scheduling model across Audit.
  • Provide business analysis, support definition of strategy, and general change management functions as needed.
  • Ensures artifacts are preserved in accordance with program governance standards.
  • Provide consultation to executives and senior leaders on project risks and mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Provide leadership, direction, advice, and guidance to the teams, thus maintaining high levels of integrity, motivation, and morale.
  • Participate in Audit and enterprise committees, meetings, or programs.
  • Respond to all requests in a timely manner.
  • Foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and development to ensure operational results and professional and personal development objectives are achieved for the overall group.
  • Identify, mitigate, and report on risk issues according to guidelines and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed; raise nonstandard issues to relevant shareholders and audit management where required.
  • Be a strategic advisor to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials with deep industry and enterprise knowledge.
  • Lead the team in the development and integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, changes across multiple audit areas while ensuring they follow applicable regulations and stay knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a positive and diverse work environment where team members can share their challenges by giving them equal opportunities and inspiring them to achieve common objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with undergraduate degree.
  • CPA, CIA or relevant professional certifications, accounting designations, or equivalent education.
  • Experience in leading Workforce Management for Financial Institutions or Audit Practices.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses and organizational practices and disciplines.
  • Ardent in processing and handling confidential information with discretion while acting with the highest levels of integrity.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, analytical tools, and Internet applications.
  • A strong negotiator and decision maker who can influence business leaders and make rationale choices.
  • A dynamic leader who can work collaboratively, communicate effectively in both oral and written form, and build relationships across teams and functions in a fast-changing environment.
