Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year of professional commercial or custodial cleaning experience
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Ability to travel between job sites
  • Availability to work Monday-Sunday
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
  • Physically able to lift 20–30 lbs and handle active cleaning tasks
  • Reliable work ethic with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards

Duties

  • Perform routine custodial cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas
  • Disinfect surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
  • Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality and safety standards
  • Conduct minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) or report repair needs to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Please note that this is a part-time position, with hours based on client demand, and there is potential to increase to full-time.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
