Driver Education Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching individuals how to operate vehicles safely and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of driving regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in preparing students for their driving tests and ensuring they develop safe driving habits.

Duties

• Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Teach students about vehicle operation, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Ensure the vehicle used for instruction is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, or guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist students with understanding vehicle functions and maintenance.
• Ability to remain patient and encouraging while teaching students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans and student records efficiently.
• Class 5 Drivers license with clean drivers abstract and clean criminal record check
