We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Evening Operations Manager to lead the operations of our premium lounge facility during evening hours. Duties

  • Supervise all evening lounge operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies
  • Oversee food preparation, kitchen management, and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Coordinate inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize operational efficiency
  • Train, develop, and supervise staff members in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols
  • Lead shift management activities—scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth workflow during evening hours
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Support catering or banquet functions when required, including food production and setup for special events
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced food service environment such as quick service restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality management
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team development
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices within the food industry
  • Experience managing budgets, scheduling shifts, and overseeing food safety protocols
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Previous experience working in fine dining or casual dining settings is advantageous
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining operational standards
