Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in Indigenous arts and craftsmanship? We're excited to announce the opening of our newest location at the Saskatoon Airport, and we're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team

This is more than just a sales role, it's an opportunity to be part of a team that proudly represents Indigenous cultures and communities through a wide range of products from Indigenous artists, businesses and organizations.

Key Details:

  • Location: Saskatoon YXE International Airport
  • Availability Required: Early mornings (5-9 am), late nights (5-9 pm), weekends
  • Transportation: A reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 Driver's License are mandatory (staff parking provided)
  • Training: All training will be conducted at both Wanuskewin Collective on Broadway and Saskatoon Airport location following completion of mandatory Transport Canada security clearance protocols

In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. The kiosk is located past security and sees hundreds of travellers daily, providing a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales space
  • Restock stands and ensure proper product displays
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Assist with inventory management and weekly restock lists

Skills you have:

  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong time management, especially during daily setup and takedown
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong customer service ethic
  • Early morning and weekend availability required
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation required
