Heart & Soul Cleaning, a warm and family-run residential cleaning business, is growing in our new Ste. Anne community We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping families keep their homes clean and comfortable.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens if needed
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization while respecting clients' privacy and property

Applicant Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Prior residential cleaning experience is highly preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowing hospitality standards benefits in providing excellent service.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while paying close attention to detail.
  • Must own a dependable vehicle for transportation.
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage learn.

Additional Notes

  • Work is daytime, with no evening shifts.
  • Indoor work requires clean footwear for all tasks.
  • There is a short training or probation period before earning the full pay rate.
  • Ideal for someone seeking casual, steady monthly hours.
