Front-End Developer
who can bring world-class user experiences to our rapidly growing platform. The ideal candidate is obsessed with clean UX, high-quality code, and has a
strong GitHub profile that clearly demonstrates real-world contributions
.

We will evaluate repos, commit patterns, architecture clarity, and code quality.

Role Description

This on-site Frontend Developer role is based in Oakville, ON, and is a full-time position. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces, ensuring responsive web design, and collaborating closely with back-end developers to create cohesive and efficient web applications. Daily tasks include coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing frontend performance to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Core Front-End Skills
  • (expert-level)
  • TypeScript
  • TailwindCSS or equivalent
  • Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, Jotai, Recoil)

Specialized Skills for this Role

  • Experience building drag-and-drop UI workflows, node-based editors, or visual builders (e.g., n8n, LangFlow, Retool, Figma-like canvases)
  • Experience with data visualization frameworks , Recharts, , or Konva)
  • Deep understanding of component architecture and API-driven UIs
  • Solid understanding of authentication, permissions, and multi-tenant SaaS UX patterns

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design/technical decisions clearly.
  • High ownership and accountability—able to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and automation.
