Lead Sales Associate StretchLab Oakville, ON

Location: Oakville, ON (Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio)

Compensation: $20$22 per hour + Uncapped Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and convert interest into memberships.

  • Drive sales through phone, email, and in-person consultationsturning prospects into loyal members.

  • Build local awareness by planning and participating in events, pop-ups, and business partnerships.

  • Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead tracking and follow-ups to closing deals.

  • Be the welcoming face of the studio, delivering top-notch service to every visitor.

  • Support daily operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and maintaining a polished front desk environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years in sales within fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality.

  • Background in boutique fitness or membership-based sales is a major plus.

  • Experience with grassroots marketing, event planning, or community outreach.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is helpful, though not required.
