We are looking for an experienced accounting clerk or recent accounting program graduate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting course or equivalent experience

  • Enthusiastic with high energy 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Outgoing and friendly personality

  • A positive attitude

  • Computer and software proficiency

  • Previous accounting experience would be an asset

  • The ability to read, write, and speak both French or English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare journal entry

  • Manage accounts payable

  • Prepare payroll

  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems

  • Perform general office duties

  • Prepare reports
