I.D Optical & Optometry is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Associate.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be able to work outside business hours including weekends;
  • be able to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • have exceptional communication skills, preferably fluent in English as well as Cantonese/Mandarin;
  • have the ability to multi-task and organize with minimal supervision accordingly;
  • be able to work with a diverse client base and work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • have some knowledge in the retail industry;
  • be friendly and approachable;
  • enjoys conversations

Responsibilities include:

  • Suggesting fashionable/functional eyewear to customers to make sales;
  • Be able to check insurance coverage and make transactions;
  • Answering emails/phone calls, organizing inventory, and light cleaning.
