Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Operational Intelligence Consultant who will help organizations unlock operational efficiencies through data-driven insights, process optimization, and intelligent automation. You will analyze complex workflows, identify improvement opportunities, design scalable solutions, and guide clients through transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and can bridge the gap between strategy and execution—while collaborating seamlessly in a remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Analysis & Insight

• Map and analyze end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Assess organizational structures, workflows, and performance metrics to deliver actionable intelligence.
• Develop operational maturity assessments and benchmark clients against industry standards.

Solution Design & Optimization

• Create optimized processes, operating models, and governance structures aligned with client goals.
• Recommend data, automation, or technology enhancements (AI, workflow automation, analytics dashboards).
• Design KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational controls to improve visibility and performance.

Consulting & Client Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating operational insights into strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, discovery sessions, and future-state design activities (virtually).
• Present findings, insights, and implementation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Execution & Change Enablement

• Support the rollout of new operating models, tools, and processes.
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
• Monitor performance improvements and iterate solutions based on results.

QualificationsRequired

• 3–6+ years of experience in operations consulting, business analysis, management consulting, or operational strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, or operational redesign.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as:
• Process mapping (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Visio)
• Data analysis (Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards)
• Project management methodologies

Preferred

• Experience in AI-driven operations, automation tools, or operational analytics.
• Exposure to change management or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with operational intelligence frameworks or systems thinking methodologies.
• Consulting experience (internal or external).
