About The Role:

We're hiring Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to help run your campus bookstore In this role, you'll interact with students and customers, process transactions, stock merchandise, and fulfill online orders. You'll be part of a team that brings energy and great service to every interaction.

This seasonal role lasts from a few days up to 90 days, depending on store needs. Flexibility for opening, midday, or closing shifts—including some weekends—is required.

What You Do:

  • Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit, or financial aid)
  • Stock, organize, and price merchandise; help set up in-store displays and signage
  • Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders
  • Provide excellent customer service during campus events (graduation, sports games, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general store tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Computer literate and able to manage workload effectively
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or clerical roles is a plus
