As a member of our Business Development team, you will provide administrative support to the group retirement client services team. The Service Support Associate is organized, detail-orientated and experienced with Microsoft's programs. This role provides critical support to our service team and helps to deliver a high-level client experience.

Accountabilities

  • Creation of client and advisor reports
  • Prepare amendment documents for submission to head office partners
  • Use internal systems to create and order client material
  • General administrative tasks using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Provide other administrative support as needed to enhance the client experience, contributing to an efficient, energized and effective Group Customer Team
  • Performing general office duties and other
  • Provide back-up support to other positions on the team as required

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Highly adaptable, driven to be your best, and proven initiative
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset

The base salary for this position is between  $40, $60,400.00 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
