Mink Chocolates is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual Barista and Packaging role. This position offers a great mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes chocolate work — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing things well.

What You'll Do:

As a Barista:

  • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, hot chocolates, and other café beverages to Mink's high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space.
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service.

As a Packaging Assistant:

  • Hand-package chocolate bars, truffles, bonbons, and confectionery with care and accuracy
  • Label, box, and organize products for retail and wholesale orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the production area

What We're Looking For:

  • Barista experience required — Packaging training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commute daily to 8410 Ontario St, Vancouver
  • Able to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
