We are hiring and training Driving CEO's to guide & drive epic Canadian road trips. You will learn how to deliver an experience that encompasses camping in our national parks, exploring cities big and small, and most importantly, bonding with a group of young people from around the world. This opportunity requires hard work and commitment, but has great rewards. Your passengers lives will be changed, and you will grow as a person and a leader. • Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires, and fluids.

• Are required to have a valid category 4 drivers license- Allowing you to drive up to 15 passengers

• Are responsible, driven, team player, who loves travel and interacting with people from around the globe.

• Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts.

• Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like changing tires, handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you.

• Are customer service oriented, putting your passengers first, and always with a smile :)

• Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable Tourism: Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism, and be an inspiring example to the travelers.

• Have an infectious love of Canada and the great outdoors.

• Love working in a team and are willing to share in G's amazing culture

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driving license, clean driving record, and be eligible to work in Canada.

• Required - Class 4 drivers license for AB and BC.
