Role Description

This is a contracted part-time on-site role for a Seasonal Fitness Instructor based in Calgary, AB. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing fitness instruction, and offering personal training sessions as needed. Additionally, the role involves promoting a positive and motivating environment for participants while ensuring their safety and that proper exercise techniques are employed. The instructor will also play a key role in engaging with clients and addressing their fitness-related queries to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
  • Experience in Personal Training and familiarity with the Fitness Industry
  • Strong Customer Service skills to engage and support clients effectively
  • Certification in fitness training or related area is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and adapt techniques accordingly
