NDE - MFL Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The Inspector will be responsible for evaluating products and processes to ensure they meet established standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Identify defects or deviations from specifications and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on inspection results.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members across various departments.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment. Especially MFL and Ultrasonic Thickness.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Self-motivated with great communication skills
