Position Description

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the company's products meet the established quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing a quality team, investigating issues, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and standards. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to maintain product uniformity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage quality initiatives, implementing effective quality processes and methodologies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance product quality.
  • Train and mentor quality staff, promoting best practices and a strong quality mindset throughout the organization.
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze quality data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive decision-making.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
