Dental Floater

Are you friendly, reliable, and eager to be part of a patient-focused dental team? We're looking for a Dental Floater to support our busy, modern dental office. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on clinical work and patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilization & Infection Control: Clean, disinfect, and organize instruments and trays according to IPAC standards
- Room Setup & Turnover: Prepare operatories for each procedure and ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently between patients
- Front Desk Support: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient check-in/out
- Patient Flow Management: Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with seating and comfort
- Clinical Support: Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and assist chairside when needed
- General Office Duties: Keep all areas neat, organized, and running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office experience preferred but not required (training available for the right candidate)
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols is an asset
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented environment
