T3 Training is Calgary's premier private training facility, built on the belief that real results come from structure, accountability, and coaching. Unlike traditional gyms, all of our sessions are guided by certified coaches in a professional, supportive environment.

We are looking for a Private Training Coach to join our team. If you're passionate about fitness, thrive in motivating others, and want access to a high-end training facility for your own development, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead private and small-group training classes (ranging from 0–15 clients)
  • Deliver clear, professional instruction while keeping workouts engaging and safe
  • Adapt training sessions to client fitness levels and goals
  • Provide feedback, corrections, and encouragement to build client confidence and results
  • Conduct assessments and track client progress when needed
  • Help maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere within the gym

Requirements

  • Must hold a recognized personal training certification (CSEP, ACE, NASM, CanFitPro, etc.)

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer or private coach
  • Strong understanding of strength training, conditioning, and safe exercise practice
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Evening availability is required 4-8pm (with some flexibility for mornings, optional). No classes on weekends.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
