Responsibilities:

Sell Prosport Family HQ products to new and existing customers

  • Follow up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers and provide accurate information
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Build relationships of trust with customers to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, consumer trends, business trends and provide overall customer service trends

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to Owen Sound, Durham, and Hanover locations from home (Preferred)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, weekends, and special events (Required)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to build productive relationships by developing positive professional relationships with customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
