Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions Le titulaire de ce poste offre un service à la clientèle aux clients internes et externes. Il saisit des données pour le traitement des commandes, la numérisation des documents, le routage des envois, etc. Il résout les problèmes et maintient des relations professionnelles continues avec les clients. Responsabilités : Traiter les exceptions relatives aux logiciels de gestion de l'effectif. Remplir et fournir divers rapports et fournir des analyses au besoin. Administrer les demandes de congés discrétionnaires, de vacances et de jours de rémunération. Réaliser des projets spéciaux et des déploiements, effectuer des recherches et des analyses (p. ex., rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels) et effectuer des analyses de processus et des innovations. Exigences relatives au poste : Titulaire d'un diplôme d'études secondaires, ou d'un équivalent international Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite Aptitude à gérer des tâches multiples Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access et Outlook Disposition à travailler selon des horaires flexibles et à faire occasionnellement des heures supplémentaires
