Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Valve Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of valves and wellhead equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in field operations. Due to a recent acquisition a skilled Valve Technician is required for a rotation out of our Fox Creek facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, grease and repair valves.
- Perform pressure testing and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare service reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and field teams to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or petroleum-related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in valve and wellhead maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
