About The Role
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic kitchen and countertop retail team. Your role is to welcome clients into our showroom, guide them through our product offerings, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Showcase our renovation services and product offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations for kitchen and countertop solutions
- Assist clients with inquiries, quotes, measurements, and scheduling consultations
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency while building strong relationships
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and well-presented
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with social media and marketing initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (home design or kitchen/countertop experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- A keen eye for design and understanding of interior renovation and kitchen trends
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions
- Proficiency with basic math for calculations, measurements, and quick quotes
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in design, sales, or related field is a plus)
Bonus Skills
- Interior design knowledge
- Digital marketing experience
- General marketing background
