POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for attending to all of the guests' needs in regards to a receptionist position at the Healing Springs Spa Desk. Responsible for ensuring all of the Spa treatment bookings, guests, estheticians etc. are attended to in a professional manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide information on Spa treatments and special packages to inquiring guests.
• Complete additional job-related duties as assigned.
• glassware, dinnerware, etc.
• Book appointments accurately and efficiently for guests for all types of treatments.
• Answer and assist all guests or associate members with all inquiries.
• Maintain and be responsible for a cash float and ensures it is balanced, reporting overages or shortages, obtaining change as required. Follow procedures set for cash paying guests.
• Ability to use a computer in a proficient manner including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail and the Property Management System, Maestro
• Able to learn and become proficient in 'Jane' Booking Software.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Hospitality courses from a well-recognized institution is preferred.
• Minimum 1-year receptionist experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills0
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a changing schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.45-$24.60 per hour

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
