JOBSITE SUERINTENDENT – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Gardon Construction is looking for two talented jobsite superintendents.

  • One for general commercial construction for major renovations projects and new- builds.

  • One for concrete restoration/concrete coating projects.

If you have the following background we would like to hear from you.

  • It is imperative that you have carpentry and/or concrete restoration experience not just supervision as you will be expected to be working hands on and/or assisting job site employees in many cases.

  • You should have a minimum of 4 years of superintendent experience.

  • Use of software programs that include requests for materials, daily logs, RFI's, shop drawings, etc. , as well as safety compliance is necessary. While Gardon Construction will train you on our specific software, you must already have a background in use of software on construction sites.

  • The ability to think ahead to ensure materials are on site prior to being needed (at least 1 week in advance).

  • Working closely with the project manager/team to ensure the schedules are being met and site personnel are adequate.

  • Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and shop drawings is a must.
