About the Role:
We are seeking
Principal Software Developers
with strong expertise in Java/JEE and distributed systems to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge and the ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions for complex applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement detailed designs into application functionalities using Java/JEE.
- Design and develop REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Lead multiple projects and assist in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate effectively and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years
of software development experience. - Expert in Java/JEE and JEE Web Services (JAXB, Java APIs for XML Messaging).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and various methodologies.
- Proficient in distributed and multi-threaded systems, relational databases, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with
Spring 5+, Hibernate 5+, Sencha
, and
Java 8+
. - Familiarity with messaging middleware (IBM MQ, Active MQ), Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Development tools: IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, Git.
- Experience with performance testing, debugging, monitoring, and JVM tuning.
Nice to Have:
Hazelcast, Kafka, Docker, BIRT Reporting.
