Lash Stylist

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team Hush Lash team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in eyelash applications and customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience. Ongoing training is provided as well as training in additional beauty services.

Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for eyelash styles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment used for eyelash services.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products related to eyelash care.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing front desk operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills

• Proficient in eyelash extension techniques with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong background in retail sales, with the ability to effectively upsell products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: $17.85-$35.00 per hour
