Role Description:
This full-time on-site role, based in Toronto, ON, is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify potential leads, reach out to prospects, and engage them in meaningful conversations to build strong relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, conducting follow-ups, collaborating with team members to target new opportunities, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Start in a hands-on B2C role to build a strong foundation in business operations
- Rotate across multiple departments to understand our business from the inside out
- Receive structured one-on-one coaching and mentorship from senior leaders
- Progress into a leadership role within 3-6 weeks.
- Accel to a management role within 8-12 months
- Have an opportunity to be a Project Manager within months
