General Labourer – Filtration Products Manufacturing

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality products. This role is primarily located on our filter bag manufacturing floor where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment. The factory floor is climate controlled and cleaned daily. Due to the nature of our products this facility is chemical and perfume free.

Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Cutting and measuring fabrics/materials

  • Sewing fabrics using industrial sewing equipment.

  • Hot Air and Ultrasonic welding of fabrics/materials.

  • Material Handling and organization

  • Building, loading and unloading skids

  • Meeting production goals to fulfill client needs with a proactive mindset

Experience in sewing or manufacturing is not required, we provide comprehensive training for all new employees. Basic math skills, measuring skills, attention to detail is beneficial for this position.

This roll involves a combination of sitting and/or standing for extended periods, along with repetitive tasks and some lifting.

We are currently hiring for day shift, with the following full-time hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

* Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Hiring rate is $19.25 per hour, after probation $19.75 per hour

Benefits after probation for all full-time employees, includes drug, vision, and dental.
