Description
The project manager is responsible for the planning, development, and coordination

of construction projects. As a key member of the team, the

incumbent is responsible for ensuring the project's success, including adherence to

deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the concept;
  • Participate in the budget preparation;
  • Budget management and cost control;
  • Preparation and monitoring of deadlines;
  • Awarding of contracts;
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between the various stakeholders and team members, including the site team and subcontractors;
  • Adapt project management methodologies according to the specific needs of each of them;
  • Development and recommendations of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, construction management or a related field;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial construction sector;
  • Knowledge of the construction industry;
  • Ability to solve problems and find solutions;
  • Design assist orientation and added value;
  • Experience in design-build, industrial design-build is an asset;
  • Experience in industrial steel construction is an asset;
  • To question the concepts of architects and engineers;
  • Excellent communication skills to guide the various stakeholders towards achieving objectives.
