Are you a trained Meat Cutter with a love for the food industry?

Position: Meat Cutter - Full Time

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional service by accurately following product specifications to meet quality standards and customer expectations

  • Ensure precise cutting and portion control of various meat products, including special cuts and custom orders

  • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming meat, ensuring freshness and adherence to established standards

  • Present products in an appealing way, including proper packaging, labeling, and department set-up

  • Maintain product quality through rotation, storage, and date checks

  • Comply with all health, food safety, and workplace safety standards, including proper handling and cleaning of knives and equipment

  • Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a related role

  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of raw materials, product preparation, and quality control standards

  • Demonstrated arm-hand steadiness and knife-handling skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to food safety, health, and workplace safety standards

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a Meat Production Facility
  • Environment temperatures range between 0-4 degrees
