Product Designer II

Are you excited about shaping collaboration experiences in an intelligencepowered world? Are you passionate about designing experiences that help people create, discover, and act on information more easily, with the support of AI, while remaining simple, trustworthy, and humancentered? Are you obsessed with creating products that are intuitive, useful, delightful, and beautifully crafted? So are we.
As a SharePoint Product Designer II, you will collaborate closely with design, product management, research, and engineering to define and deliver modern collaboration and web publishing experiences across SharePoint Home, intranet, and news surfaces. SharePoint is Microsoft's foundational platform for content, communication, and employee engagement, enabling organizations to share knowledge, stay aligned, and scale companywide communications.
You will conceptualize and design thoughtful solutions that balance simplicity with the complexity of largescale information systems. Your work will span areas such as navigation, information architecture, content hierarchy, authoring experiences, and interaction models. You will also explore how AI assisted capabilities can reduce cognitive load, surface relevant information, and help users take meaningful action within their daily workflow.
At SharePoint, you will be part of a team fundamentally changing how people interact with the most important content in their work lives. SharePoint is a core part of Microsoft 365, serving over 300 million users and supporting a multibilliondollar business. You will help shape how people engage with trusted content across Microsoft 365, extending SharePoint experiences across everyday apps, devices, and surfaces. This includes creating new AI powered experiences as well as integrating intelligenceassisted capabilities that help users stay informed and act with confidence.
You will work within a collaborative, highly creative, and agile environment, partnering across disciplines to deliver shared outcomes. You are comfortable articulating design decisions, incorporating feedback, and aligning teams around a clear user experience vision. You value learning, iteration, and inclusive collaboration, and are curious about how emerging technologies, including AI, can be applied thoughtfully in real products.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive.
