Role Overview

We are seeking a
Workday Functional Consultant
with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM and related modules. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Workday configurations, reporting, integrations, and system testing, and can collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
  • Good understanding of Workday reporting, including custom reports and calculated fields.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Skilled in performing various types of system testing.
  • Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and security administration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations with external applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide functional support to users, and manage updates related to Workday releases.
  • Preferred: Workday certifications in HCM, Core, Compensation, or other modules.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
