As a DRA Team Lead you will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a team, serve within the team and serve as a mentor to their peers. As a leader, you should maintain a high level of productivity, focus, morale and foster collaboration. This role demands a quick, agile, and strong collaborative approach with our external clients and internal teams, with a specific focus on advancing key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be expected to conduct continuous analysis and assess the team's practices on a quarterly basis, at a minimum, to make sure operations are as efficient as possible.

DRA Leadership Responsibilities
- Player/Coach:
- Lead a team of Dealer Relations Associates that support our Regional Area Directors across the United States.
- Regularly communicate with the Regional Area Directors to identify performance and growth opportunities, building consistency as well as identify areas where we are engaging differently to ensure consistency.
- Mentor and instill best practices in Dealer Relations Associate team members to complete all assigned tasks efficiently to fully support their territory.
- Direct, frequent communication with team members while delivering feedback and updates.
- Make tactical decisions related to team projects and immediate tasks.
- Focus on team and individual dynamics and morale.
Training And Development
- Responsible for onboarding of all new hires
- Report updates to DRAs as they occur company-wide across a variety of sources, including Director Calls, team meetings and updates from Enablement.
- Work with Enablement on education of new Product Releases to ensure the team is fully versed in training our dealer partners on latest updates.
- Spearhead training on new product releases
- Run weekly DRA meetings and ensure that consistent and valuable content is shared.
- Work closely with Regional Area Directors to create standardization of current processes.
- Organize coverage for DRA vacation and OOO events.
- Ownership of Playbook for Dealer Relations Associates, keeping it updated regularly and made available to the team for easy reference.
- Monitor all training requirements across S&P and automotiveMastermind monthly to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, and we remain compliant.
Coaching And Mentoring
Hold regular 1:1s with DRAs to (but not limited to):
Set goals, review progress since last coaching session, uncover any obstacles or areas for training and improvement, focus on both short and long-term goals.
Assist DRAs that may have fallen behind by connecting with their Dealer Relation Manager teams/Directors and creating an action plan.
- Teach relevant skills and techniques for process efficiency and improvement.
- Identify strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Motivate everyone to reach their respective goals and objectives.
- Develop the team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products through reporting and presentations for our Dealer Relations Managers, Regional Area Directors, and Key Decision Makers at the dealership.
- Ensure alignment with our Marketing and Enablement teams in receiving timely updates to be communicated to the team.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a SaaS organization or in the auto industry
- 1+ years' experience as a high-performing Dealer Relations Associate or 1+ years' experience as a team leader in a relevant environment
- 1+ years' experience with SalesForce CRM.
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with ZenDesk.
- PowerBI knowledge/experience.
- Strong project management skills with accountability for meeting defined deadlines; ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead complex discussions across departments when needed.
- You demonstrate adaptability, innovative thinking while providing a consistently positive approach.
- Process-driven with an ability to capitalize on areas for scale.
- Proven success articulating product value resulting in incremental sales.
