Purpose & Objectives

The COO Customer Support & CLM team is at the heart of our business operations, overseeing and transforming the effectiveness of how we run. We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Business Strategy and Success team. We are seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Data Visualization and Storytelling Associate to support a variety of executive presentations, projects and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual communication and driven by transformation and continuous innovation.

Expectations & Tasks

  • Presentation Design: Create visually compelling and engaging executive presentations using PowerPoint day in and day out.
  • Data Visualization: Transform complex data into easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and graphs.
  • Visual Storytelling: Build compelling visual communications in various formats such as infographics, posters, and digital assets.
  • Strategy Execution: Participate in the creation and execution of communication strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize communication processes for the COO organization.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings related to presentation design and delivery.
  • Platform Management: Build, maintain, and continuously improve multiple SharePoint and MS Teams sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative visual solutions that enhance storytelling.
  • Attention to Detail: Well-organized and detail-oriented with a project-management approach to structuring work assignments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent time management and both written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Global Collaboration: Flexibility to work with a global team across various time zones

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 46, ,200 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
