Job Overview:
Blue Thunder Construction LTD is looking for an experienced Construction Working Lead to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with a strong background in land development, concrete work, residential and civil construction. You will be responsible for overseeing field crew and involving into the day-to-day site operations and heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, rollers, screening equipment and trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work together with the site crew
- Coordinate and manage equipment operations
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with design specifications.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential and civil construction in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of land preparation, concrete work, ICF and residential buildings' construction.
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license; heavy equipment certifications are an asset.
