WHAT YOU'LL DO?
- You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
- Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera;
- Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company's quality and other procedures are complied with.
- Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.
- Ensure proper tool maintenance.
- Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.
- Ensure that you work within company productivity targets.
- Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out.
- Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop our business opportunities.
- Always display a high level of professionalism;
- Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can;
- Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED – YOUR PROFILE
- Be eager and motivated to learn;
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed;
- Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver's license);
- Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client's site, where required.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Results oriented team player with ability to multi task.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule.
- Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required.
