Role Description
This is a full-time position based in Toronto, ON. The Senior Project Manager - Renovations will oversee and manage multi-family residential renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include project planning, coordinating logistics, expediting materials, conducting project inspections, and managing a team to execute renovations efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining open communication and providing updates throughout the renovation process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, with experience in overseeing renovation projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Proficiency in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure materials, schedules, and processes align with project goals.
- Skilled in Inspection and quality control to ensure standards and specifications are met during and after project completion.
- Experience with Logistics Management, including coordinating resources and timelines effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the construction or renovation industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
