City Furniture & Appliances was founded in 1976 in Prince George, BC, and has since expanded to 23 locally owned and family-run locations across Western Canada. Our Kamloops location, opened in 1988, continues to grow as one of the leading home furnishings and appliance stores in the region. We take pride in offering top-quality products and delivering exceptional customer service to every customer who walks through our doors.

We're currently looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Kamloops sales team. This is a hybrid role that combines front-of-house sales with back-of-house warehouse responsibilities, offering variety, growth, and the opportunity to earn high commissions on top of a base salary of $3100/month.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and close sales
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge across furniture, appliances, mattresses, and electronics
  • Merchandising and organizing showroom displays
  • Pricing and tagging merchandise accurately
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving of trucks
  • Assisting customers with in-store pickups and loading orders safely
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and sales floor
  • Participating in morning and training meetings
