Line Cook

The Fredericton Inn is looking for a part-time(4 shifts per week), skilled line cook to join our growing culinary team. If you are looking for a friendly environment with great co-workers or looking to grow your culinary career... We want to meet you Line cook experience preferred. Our restaurant closes at 9pm nightly.

As a Line Cook, You Will

  • Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
  • Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Clean kitchen and work area
  • Follow all policies and procedures
  • Work alongside the restaurant team to provide a memorable guest experience

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with all areas of the kitchen including the grill and fryer
  • Solid communication skills
  • Loves to work on a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
