Responsabilités:

• Effectuer la gestion et la réalisation de projets en capital et les initiatives d'amélioration continue reliés à l'usine de fabrication.
• Travailler étroitement avec les départements de fabrication, les superviseurs de production et les intervenants de fabrication dans un environnement bureau et usine.
• Effectuer des analyses aux problématiques de production (qualité, délai de livraison etc.) et proposer des solutions.
• Gérer la réalisation d'analyses de capacité de différentes cellules de fabrication.
• Proposer des plans d'actions afin d'ajuster la capacité à la demande manufacturière.
• Identifier et communiquer les situations à risques.
• Participe à l'élaboration et la mise en place de nouveaux équipements ou aménagement usine.
• Participe à l'élaboration et la mise en place de plans stratégiques incluant l'introduction des nouvelles technologies de fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the management and delivery of capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to the manufacturing plant.
• Work closely with manufacturing departments, production supervisors and manufacturing personnel in an office and factory environment.
• Perform analyses to production issues (quality, delivery time, etc.) and propose solutions.
• Manage the realization of capacity analyses of different manufacturing cells.
• Propose action plans to adjust capacity to manufacturing demand.
• Identify and communicate risky situations.
• Participates in the development and implementation of new equipment or factory layout.
• Participates in the development and implementation of strategic plans including the introduction of new manufacturing technologies.
