Internal Communication Advisor

Join a dynamic Internal Communications team that works to strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and foster a sense of belonging across our Canadian offices. As an Internal Communications Advisor, reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications – Canada, you will support the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives for various business units and corporate functions across Canada. You'll collaborate with colleagues in the Communications & Marketing teams as well as other stakeholders deliver clear, engaging, and timely communications that resonate with our Canadian workforce.
Your Role- Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans for Canadian business sectors and corporate teams.
- Draft and edit engaging content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, videos, and employee events.
- Help coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives that promote our culture, values, and strategic priorities.
- Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and recognition events.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify and communicate technical or strategic information.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about internal communications trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or in a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications or a related communication role.
- Strong writing and editing skills in French and English; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
- Experience in a large organization or professional services environment is an asset.
