Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams. A Property Management background is helpful but not necessary. Must have experience with Repair and Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects using appropriate project management methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope management, schedule management, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform requirements analysis to define project scope and objectives clearly.
- Manage project budgets, perform cost control activities, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
- Conduct risk management activities including risk identification, assessment (root cause analysis), and mitigation planning.
- Oversee program development, program management, and project portfolio management to align with organizational strategies.
- Coordinate vendor management activities including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure clear communication among stakeholders and team members.
- Implement quality management practices to uphold standards across all projects.
- Manage project documentation including technical writing for reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Lead conflict management efforts within teams to foster a collaborative environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams in diverse settings.
- Strong programs skills (Office Suite, Adobe, Excel)
- Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, Workday, Basecamp, VersionOne, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow.
- Strong skills in data analysis and collection for decision-making purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage scope changes effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of facilitating stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization. This position would involve meeting regularly with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
