Job Title: Senior Specialist, Technical Training (part-time)

Job Location: Mirabel, QC

Job Schedule: Day Shift

Essential Functions: 

Reporting to the training supervisor, the advisor is involved in designing, developing and organizing and disseminating the various training programs for employee development. The advisor implements the approaches, resources and tools related to training to meet the results targeted by the organization.

Analyze employee training needs based on direction and sector needs;Designing and disseminating training content;Accompany designers, trainers and coaches on the various training projects;Work closely with human resources advisors to serve our clientele well;Monitor Training policies.

Qualifications:

Professional Degree in aircraft structures or Collegial degree in aerospace Engineering (Aeronautical construction) combined with a minimum of 6 years of experience in structural maintenance repair or;10 years of experience in structural maintenance repair equivalent experience (required);Certificate of Instructor in the workplace (asset);Special process experience (alodine, passivate, shot peening, brush plating, cold working of holes) (asset).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
