Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to support children with developmental and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors, skill development, and independence.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in pediatric care, experience working with children, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in young lives. Registration as an Ontario Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred but not required. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with children in a supportive, collaborative environment while using evidence-based strategies to foster growth and success.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children; pediatric, clinical, or hospital experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with data collection, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to care
  • Background in psychology, special education, behavioral science, or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in ABA therapy
