Our out of school care teams need a E.C.E Level 1, 2, 3 Educator with superpowers in:

  • Providing a safe, caring, and enriching environment for the children enrolled at Juvenescence.
  • Create a positive parent experience using effective communication.
  • Supervise childrens interactions to ensure they are positive, healthy, safe and that all children are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and Director to create engaging and relevant monthly programming that fit the needs of the centre's children.
  • Advocate for Juvenescence within the community, schools, and other working relationships to create a positive and professional company image.

Compensation:

Is determined based on your education and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a n E.C.E Level 1, 2,3.
  • Experience within the child education and/or development field is preferred.
  • Class 4 Drivers License is an asset*
  • A clear Police Clearance with a Vulnerable Sector Search.
  • First Aid & CPR certified.
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and participate in full body activities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Basecamp and Timesavr is preferred.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 40 hrs./week. Shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

  • This is a split shift that aligns with the nature of before and after school care for example: Shift could be 7am-12pm -2 hour break - 2-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
