Key Responsibilities:

  • Support scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication
  • Collaborate with the dentist/owner to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Maintain a professional, compassionate approach with patients and staff

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a dental office administrative or front desk role
  • Strong proficiency in Dentrix
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and proactive

Preferred:

  • Prior experience mentoring team members or assisting with leadership tasks
  • Interest in long-term growth within the practice

Compensation: Based on experience.
