Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Sales Trainee located in Toronto, ON. The role involves learning and mastering sales techniques, engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales management. Trainees will receive comprehensive training to develop their sales skills and will be expected to apply these skills in real-world scenarios, contributing to the growth and success of Dynamic Solutions GTA.

What you'll do:

  • Dive headfirst into the world of B2C
  • Learn from experienced coaches who've been there and done it
  • Build your own sales pipeline from day one (don't worry, we've got your back)
  • Compete in a fun, target-driven environment where winners thrive
  • Progress into management within 12–18 months if you're hungry enough possibly sooner

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Competitive personalities — sports, societies, or leadership roles are a big plus
  • Sales and Training experience or willingness to learn
  • Skills in Sales Management
  • Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON
  • Motivated and eager to develop a career in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
